Magnetic bearing isolator

On the basis of universal bearing isolator technology, impregnated carbon graphite ring and permanent magnet block are selected to form a positive pressure sealing barrier, which can completely block the invasion of external pollutants and prevent the leakage of lubricating medium without damaging the shaft.

This design can effectively solve some special working conditions encountered by the universal bearing isolator that cannot be solved, such as:

1. The oil return of circulating oil lubrication system may not be smooth, which may cause the oil level of bearing box to rise.

2. Forced lubrication, oil mist lubrication, and oil gas lubrication. Due to certain pressure, the universal labyrinth seal cannot effectively seal oil mist leakage.

3. Due to continuous flushing and cooling at the sealing position and insufficient installation space, the blowdown capacity of the bearing isolator with standard structure is limited and it is unable to cope with water vapor intrusion.

4. The medium in the sealing chamber of the mixing and stirring equipment is volatile and requires a dynamic and static sealing system.
